I am a co-founder of an Inc. I registered the corporation in New York a few years ago and now I want to quit it.
How do I do so ?
Do I also have to fill the DTF-17.1 form before I quit ?
What do you mean by quit?
You can disolve the CORP using the TR-125 (https://www.tax.ny.gov/bus/doingbus/tr125.htm)
If you just want to resign, just follow the instructions here (Basically, submit a resignation letter and get it cosigned by the partner(s) for acknowledgement:
