If I am in a News Industry or I have portal which gives financial information, then can I use Webhooks for my product website?

The way I get this is that you want to improve customer satisfaction or getting new clients..

Webhooks or any other techniques don’t have direct impact on getting new clients or improving your current clients’ satisfaction.

Its recommended to google for “Competitive Advantage”, “Value Proposition” and “Business Model Canvas”. Set things right in your business and enjoy doing business :)

One of the most important things about business is learning how to sell. You may have the best service in the world, but if you are unable to sell you will go bankrupt sooner or later. You may have the crappiest service in the world, if you sell a lot you will be very rich.

Technical knowledge by itself is worthless if you are unable to sell it well. If there was some kind of time machine allowing me to send a message to may 25 years old self, it would be: learn how to sell. Observe good salesman and try to pick their tricks. Read everything you can about sales, then experiment with it.

My favorite way to increase value of a service/product is to investigate what are the biggest pains (as perceived by the customer) and see the ones where the customer would be willing to pay a little extra for an add-on that makes that pain go away.

Look buisness or industry does’t grow in one day. It’s a gradual process which needs patience. The 2 things are:

• Employees in the company should be given the first preference, first priority should be given to them. Their demands should be looked after first.
• Customers expectations need to be satisfied, and new technologies should be used. Along with awsum marketing, because if marketing is not proper, may be they will not even get to know about it.
