Where can I get business Info on starting a firm in India?

If I have to startup a firm, is there any website or any course which gives information about the business and commercial aspects of a startup?

For eg., I would like to know what taxes will I be charged with, paperwork and licensing involved, permits etc.

For Starting up a firm in India. First thing you have to register your company in MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).
For Start up, people prefer mainly two type of Company Registration .

1. Proprietorship (Sole Owner)
2. Partnership
3. Private limited
