UK Resident - if I register as a C-Corp in Delaware, what are the legal implications in the UK?

Do I still have to register my company here in the UK? Or can I just register my startup as a C-Corp and that’s it?

Also, if I were to register as a C-Corp in Delaware, am I still eligible to SEIS?
