Does anyone besides North American Arms make firearms and ammo for the 25 NAA and 32 NAA?

I find bottle neck pistol calibers really intreasting one of my favorite rounds is the 357 sig so I have been looking into the 25NAA and 32NAA and have come up with a few questions. Does anyone besides North american arms make firearms for the 25 naa or the 32 naa? Who all makes ammo for these? Are they really that much greater then the parent cartridges? Do reloading dies exist?
